Předkládaná diplomová práce je zaměřena na problematiku havarijního plánování. První část, teoretická se zabývá rozborem současného stavu a platného právního rámce v oblasti prevence závažných havárií v Evropské unii a v České republice, průřezem napříč problematikou analýzy a hodnocením rizik, bezpečnosti a ochranou technických a technologických zařízení.
