Communication at retraining course
Abstract:
Diplomová práce je zaměřena na komunikaci v rekvalifikačním kurzu. Teoretická část práce je zaměřena na dva hlavní koncepty - rekvalifikační vzdělávání jako součást vzdělávání dospělých a andragogická komunikace. Empirická část charakterizuje metodologický postup a výsledky výzkumného šetření. Výzkum byl uskutečněn prostřednictvím pozorování v rekvalifikačním kurzu a rozhovory s lektory kurzu.
Abstract:
The research work deals with the issue of communication at the retrainig course. The theoretical part is focused on two main concepts - retraining as a part of adult education and andragogical comunication. The empirical part describes the methodological approach and the results of the research.
