Abstract:

Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá tématem kriminalistické biologie a to konkrétně zaměřením se na trichologický materiál, tedy vlasy a chlupy. Toto odvětví kriminalistiky je v dnešní době velice podstatné pro odhalování pachatelů trestných činů, zejména těch závažnějších, tedy trestných činů proti životu a zdraví osoby. Bakalářská práce je rozdělena na dvě části, teoretickou a praktickou, kde v teoretické části jsou zprvu popsané obecnější informace k celkovému oboru kriminalistické biologie, tedy historie, co vlastně kriminalistická biologie je a nedílnou součástí je také kapitola kriminalistické stopy. Práce se podrobněji věnuje biologickým stopám trichologického materiálu, je zde uvedené, jak se dané stopy zajišťují, z čeho se skládají, nebo také jaké typy trichologického materiálu známe. Druhá část této bakalářské práce je zaměřena především na analýzu trichologického materiálu, mikroskopické a makroskopické zkoumání zajištěného materiálu, základní rozdíl mezi lidskými vlasy a zvířecími chlupy, nebo také vhodnost daného materiálu pro analýzu DNA.

Abstract:

This bachelor's thesis deals with the topic of biology, focusing specifically on the hair and hair material. Nowadays, this branch of criminology appears as necessary for detection perpetrators of crimes against the life and health of each person. This bachelor thesis is divided into theoretical and practical part. The theoretical part describes general information of forensic biology, history, meaning of forensic biology and what forensic traces are. The aim of my work also include closer look into biological traces of the trichological material, witch describing how the traces are secure, what they consist of, or also what types of trichological material we know. The second part of the work is focused mainly on the analysis of trichological material, microscopic and macroscopic examination of the secured material, the main difference between human and animal hair, and also the appropriate of the material for DNA analysis.
