The risk of burnout among employees of government
Abstract:
Bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou rizika výskytu syndromu vyhoření u referentů státní správy. V práci se zaměřuji na tři instituce a porovnávám výskyt syndromu vyhoření u každé instituce zvlášť,což je doprovázeno také teorií. Jejím cílem je odhalit výskyt syndromu vyhoření u referentů, jeho závažnost a případnou prevenci.
Abstract:
The thesis deals with the issue of risk of burnout syndrome occuration in public administration officers. I have focused on three institutions and in each of them I have compared the burnout occuration, which is also accompained by the theory of burnout. Its aim is to find out the state officers burnout syndrome, seriousness and relevant prevention.
