Abstract:
Úkolem této bakalářské práce bylo shromáždit poznatky ze tří různých týmů z různých úrovní hokejových lig. Byla zkoumána hlavně kondiční složka v předzávodním období. Pro sběr dat jsem využil tým z 1. ligy AZ Havířov, z 2. ligy RT TORAX Poruba a z krajského přeboru HC Bospor Bohumín. Abstract:
The aim of this bachelor thesis was to gather knowledge from three hockey teams, each competing in a professional competition on a different level. Main focus was the fitness component in the time before start of competitions.
