Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá dopady změny operátora na železniční lince R8 Brno-Ostrava-Bohumín. Cílem práce je zhodnotit, zda měla tato změna pomocí nabídkového řízení pozitivní vliv na počet cestujících na dané lince a na jejich vnímání kvality poskytovaných služeb. Abstract:
This bachelor’s thesis is focused on the impact of rail operator change on route R8 Brno-Ostrava-Bohumín. Aim of this thesis is to assess, if operator change by competitive tendering had a positive impact on ridership on this route and passengers’ perception of provided service quality.
