Bakalářská práce se zabývá procesem demand planning. Uvádí, kam demand planning v rámci podniku zařadit. Zabývá se informačními zdroji, které jsou v rámci procesu demand planning využívány. Jsou zde uvedeny výhody a nevýhody zavedení procesu demand planning v podniku. V bakalářské práci je zmapován proces předpovídání a plánování poptávky ve vybraném podniku. The thesis deals with the demand planning process. It describes where the demand planning can be situated in the company. The project features resources that are in demand planning process used. The project shows, how a demand planning process both positively and negatively affect all processes in the company.
