Abstract:
Optimization of efficient pigment extraction from thermophilic green non-sulfur photosynthetic bacterium Chloroflexus aurantiacus was achieved. Method for purification of the extracted pigments was optimized using several types of high-performance liquid chromatography columns and gradient and isocratic elution protocols.
