Normativity of Virtual Worlds
Abstract:
Tato práce je zaměřena na základní otázky právní regulace virtuálních světů. Zabývá se otázkami jurisdikce, rozhodného práva, významu licenční smlouvy EULA a problematikou virtuálního vlastnictví.
Abstract:
This work is focused on the fundamental issues of legal regulation of virtual worlds. It deals with issues of jurisdiction, applicable law, the importance of EULA and the problems of virtual property.
