Abstract:

Tato disertační práce obsahuje vyhodnocení nově zavedené operační techniky používané k uzávěru chronických ischiadických dekubitů. V teoretické části seznamuje s příčinou, prevencí a léčbou dekubitů. V praktické části popisuje použití rekonstrukční techniky „turn over“ svalového laloku. Následně na souboru pacientů srovnává tuto metodu s dalšími dvěma nejčastějšími alternativními způsoby operační léčby s použitím přímé sutury, nebo fasciokutánního laloku. Základním výstupem práce je zjištění, že metoda překlopení dlouhé hlavy m. biceps femoris se neliší v délce operace, době hospitalizace, četnosti komplikací a recidiv od metody používající fasciokutánní lalok.

Abstract:

This dissertation work contains an evaluation of the newly introduced reconstruction of chronic ischial pressure ulcers. The theoretical part of the work introduces the cause, prevention and treatment of pressure ulcers. The practical part of the work describes reconstruction by turn over muscle flap. Afterwards, in a group of patients, this work compares reconstruction by turn over muscle flap with the other two most common alternative methods of surgical treatment such as direct suture or fasciocutaneous flap. The main outcome of the work is the finding that the method of turning the long head of the biceps femoris does not differ in the length of the surgery, time of hospitalization, frequency of complications and recurrences from the method using the fasciocutaneous flap.
