Urban development of the historical center of Moravské Budějovice in regard to urban planning documentation

Abstract:

Historické centrum každého města patří mezi nejexponovanější území. Jak z pohledu stavebně historické struktury, tak z pohledu územně plánovacího procesu. Zachované prostorové hodnoty jako doklad utváření sídla vyžadují jistý stupeň ochrany a jistý režim rozhodování o změnách v území. Cílem bakalářské práce je kritické zhodnocení potenciálu rozvoje a ochrany historického centra města Moravské Budějovice v procesu územního plánování. Následná generalizace povede k vytvoření obecné metodiky pro praxi malých měst (do 10 tis. obyvatel).

Abstract:

The historical center of each city is one of the most exposed areas. At first from the point of view of the building-historical structure and then from the point of view of the planning process. Preserved spaces´ values as evidence of the formation of a residence require a certain degree of protection and a certain regime of decisions about changes in the territory. The aim of the bachelor thesis is a critical evaluation of the development potential and protection of the historic center of Moravské Budějovice in the process of spatial planning. The generalization will lead to the creation of a general methodology for the practice of small towns (up to 10,000 inhabitants).
