Teambuilding and its development in the selected company

Abstract:

Tato bakalářská práce je zaměřena na teambuilding a jeho rozvoj ve vybrané firmě. Jejím cílem je analyzovat budování týmu ve vybrané organizaci. Zvolenou společností pro tuto práci je Úřad práce ČR – krajská pobočka v Českých Budějovicích, kontaktní pracoviště Jindřichův Hradec. V první, teoreticko-metodologické části práce jsou vysvětleny základní pojmy spojené s danou tématikou. Podrobněji jsou zde uvedeny poznatky týkající se týmových rolí, metod budování týmu, týmové spolupráce a teambuildingu. V závěru teoreticko-metodologické části jsou stanoveny dílčí cíle. V druhé, aplikační části práce je představena zvolená společnost, jsou zde popsány a vyhodnoceny výsledky dotazníkového šetření v organizaci a dílčí cíle. Na základě výsledků dotazníkového šetření a rozhovoru s vedením společnosti je provedeno vyhodnocení, zda využití teambuildingu při budování týmu ve zvolené organizaci je tím vhodným řešením. Na závěr jsou navržena opatření na zlepšení případných nedostatků.

Abstract:

This bachelor´s thesis is focused on teambuilding and its development in the selected company. Its target is to analyze building of a team in the selected organization. The company selected for this work was the Labour Office of the Czech Republic - regional branch in České Budějovice, contact office in Jindřichův Hradec. In the first theoretical and methodological part of this thesis there are explained basic concepts associated with given topics. In great detail I introduce findings related to team roles, teambuilding methods, team co-operation and teambuilding. In conclusion of the theoretical and methodological part there were set out partial objectives. In the second part, which is the application part of the thesis, the selected company is presented, and there are also described and evaluated results of questionnaire survey carried out within the organization and partial objectives. On the basis of results of questionnaire survey and interviews with the company management there was carried out an assessment evaluating whether the use of teambuilding activities was the right solution within the scope of the selected organization. In conclusion there were proposed measures resulting in the improvement of potential deficiencies.
