Foreigners in the Czech Republic and their geographical dislocation

Abstract:

Tato bakalářská práce je zacílena na problematiku cizinců v České republice a je rozdělena do několika částí. Úvodní část práce se věnuje vymezení základních pojmů, hledání obecných důvodů imigrace a pobytu u nás, historickému vývoji počtu cizinců v České republice, porovnání imigrační situace v Česku s vybranými zeměmi Evropy a rovněž také organizacím, sdružením a vládním složkám, které se touto problematikou zabývají. Po úvodní části následuje samotné jádro celé bakalářské práce, které spočívá v charakteristice pěti nejpočetnějších skupin u nás žijících cizinců v následujícím pořadí: Slováci, Poláci, Ukrajinci, Rusové a Vietnamci. Informace o jednotlivých skupinách cizinců jsou řazeny do následujících podkapitol: základní informace, počet a rozmístění, důvody migrace a pobytu v ČR, aktivity vyvíjené na našem území. Toto dělení je použito u všech skupin cizinců, čímž je docíleno přehlednosti a celistvosti celé práce. Závěrečná část je tvořena sumarizací získaných výsledků a v samotném závěru je mimo jiné také autorův odhad vývoje dané problematiky do budoucna. Bakalářská práce je pro větší přehlednost doplněna o tabulky, grafy, fotografie, ilustrace a mapy.

Abstract:

This bachelor´s work is aimed on the problematics of foreigners in the Czech Republic. The whole work is divided into several parts. The introduction part is focused on defining of the basic terms, finding the general reasons for immigration and living in our country, historical development of the total count of foreigners living in the Czech Republic, the comparison of immigration situations in the Czech Republic and in selected countries of Europe and also on organisations, associations and government agencies, which are able to solve mentioned problematics. The introduction part is followed by the core of the whole work, which is based on the characteristic of five largest groups of foreigners, living in the Czech Republic, in following order: Slovaks, Poles, Ukrainians, Russians and Vietnamese. The data about each group of foreigners are ordered into these subchapters: basic information, count and dislocation, reasons for living in the Czech Republic, activities developed in our country. This order is used for all groups of foreigners. This fact really helps in clarity and entirety of the whole work. In the conclusion of the work there is a summarization of obtained knowledge and also the author´s estimate of the future development of this problematics. This bachelor´s work includes the tables, graphs, photos, illustrations and maps for the better clarity.
