The thesis of my bachelor's work deals with the issue of the Parkinson's disease. It is a neurodegenerative disease, affecting basal ganglia in brain. The work is divided into three parts. General part contains anatomy of basal ganglia, patophysiology, clinical signs of the disease, diagnostics as well as therapy. Bakalárska práca sa zaoberá problematikou Parkinsonovej choroby. Jedná sa o neurodegeneratívne ochorenie, postihujúce bazálne gangliá. Je rozdelená do troch častí.
