Mým tématem bakalářské práce je teoretické základy kriminalistické identifikace. Jedná se o proces, při kterém se snažíme zjistit, jaký konkrétní objekt vytvořil konkrétní stopu. Objekty v kriminalistické identifikaci mohou být lidé, zvířata i věci. Rozeznáváme dva základní druhy stop. Jedná se o stopy ve vědomí a o stopy materiální, které se poté dále rozdělují.
