Abstract:
V této práci se zabývám typy nástrojů interní komunikace, které se používají v nadnárodních společnostech a konkrétně se pak zaměřím na interní komunikace společnosti GE Money Bank. Hodnotím výhody a nevýhody jednotlivých typů nástrojů interní komunikace v praxi a hledám optimální využití těchto nástrojů tak abych mohla nevýhody snížit na minimum a nástroje se pak staly maximálně efektivní.
