Implementation of the Communication Mix on Facebook at Festool Company

Abstract:

Práce se zabývá implementací komunikačního mixu na Facebooku pro společnost Festool. Teoretická část práce se věnuje znalostem z oblasti marketingové komunikace, zejména nástrojům komunikačního mixu a oblasti firemní komunikace. Cílem práce je návrh cíle včetně komunikační strategie a její realizace na sociální síti Facebook pro zmíněný podnik. Zhodnocení potenciálu sociálních sítí pro komerční účely vyplývá z vlastního průzkumu možností jednotlivých platforem a jejich vývoji v oblasti komunikace firem a koncových zákazníků. Významnou část práce tvoří představení společnosti, analýza současných marketingových aktivit vybrané společnosti. Na základě získaných informací diplomová práce navrhuje detailní plán pro efektivní komunikaci mezi společností Festool a jejími příznivci, registrovanými na síti Facebook, se záměrem užšího kontaktu a tvorby pozitivní image podniku.

Abstract:

The diploma thesis deals with the implementation of the communication mix on Facebook for the Festool company. The theoretical part is devoted to the principles of the marketing communications mix, especially communication tools and corporate communication. The aim is to draft goals, including communication strategy and its implementation on the social network Facebook, for mentioned company. Assessing the potential of social networking for commercial purposes is clear from own research capabilities of individual platforms and developments in the field of communication companies and end customers. An important part of the diploma thesis consists of performances, the analysis of current marketing activities of the selected company. The thesis based on gathered information proposes a detailed plan for effective communication between Festool company and its supporters registered on Facebook, with the aim of closer contact and making a positive image of the company.
