Abstract:

Předmětem diplomové práce „Řízení lidských zdrojů v příspěvkové organizaci“ je zhodnocení procesu získávání, výběru a adaptace zaměstnanců na pozici pracovník v sociálních službách ve vybrané příspěvkové organizaci za účelem snížení aktuální míry fluktuace. V teoretické části práce jsou shrnuty nejdůležitější teoretické koncepce týkající se dané problematiky. Druhá část obsahuje deskripci vybrané organice, definování použité metodiky výzkumu a prezentaci výsledků. V závěru jsou představena možná řešení stávajícího problému.

Abstract:

The goal of the diploma thesis „Human Resources Management in Allowance Organisation” is to describe the process of recruitment, selection and adaptation regarding the specific position of the Social Worker in the chosen allowance company. Based on that the drop in current fluctuation should be managed. The first part consists of the most important theoretical conceptions concerning the given matters. In the second part the organization is introduced. It contains also description of the used methodology followed by the presentation of the results. At the end the suggestions and recommendations are given.
