The main goal of the Bachelor Thesis is to do a comparison of approaches to sheltered workshops or sheltered labor marked in countries Slovakia and Czech Republic in the sight of law in these countries. The thesis compares legal obligations in both countries and also state allowances in the scope of sheltered labor marked. Hlavným cieľom bakalárskej práce je porovnanie prístupov Slovenska a Českej republiky ku chráneným dielňam, resp. chránenému trhu práce, najmä z hľadiska práva Slovenska a Českej republiky. Práca predkladá porovnanie povinností a príspevkov zamestnávania občanov s postihnutím a sústreďuje sa na úlohu chráneného trhu práce v spoločnosti.
