Abstract:
Tato bakalářská diplomová práce pojednává o východních motivech a motivu smrti v povídkové tvorbě I. A. Bunina. Obsahem práce je analýza pěti povídek, z nichž čtyři mají víceméně cestopisný charakter a ústředním motivem poslední z nich je smrt. Práce srovnává pojetí smrti v jednotlivých povídkách a zaměřuje se na autorovo inklinování k buddhismu a taoismu. Pozornost je také věnována přírodě a její …more

This bachelor thesis is dealing with the Eastern motifs and with the motive of Death in the short stories of I. A. Bunin. The subject of the thesis is the analysis of five short stories. Four of them are of more or less travelogue character. The central theme of the last one is death.
