The Financing Project of the Investment Intention for Indoor Swimming Pool Construction in Šternberk
Abstract:
Cílem diplomové práce je navrhnout vhodné řešení pro financování investičního záměru města Šternberk. V teoretické části je popsána uzemní samospráva, obce, hospodaření obce, majetek a rozpočet. V návaznosti na teoretickou část je provedena analýza hospodaření města. Následuje představení projektu a možností financování investičního záměru, včetně dopadů na rozpočet v dalších letech.
Abstract:
The aim of thesis is to propose a suitable solution for financing an investment plan of the town Šternberk. In theoretical part are described local authorities, municipalities, management of municipality, property and budget. Following the theoretical part is worked out analysis of management.
