The issue of commissions on life insurance

Abstract:

Tato práce teoreticky vymezí rámec pojišťovnictví v České republice. Základy pojišťovnictví vznikaly díky prvotní potřebě lidí chránit se před rizikem nahodilých událostí, zejména požáry, povodněmi či zemětřeseními. Díky postupnému vývoji a tím pádem i zvyšujícím požadavkům na zabezpečení, se stal postupem času z pojišťovnictví perspektivní podnikatelský obor, který reaguje na zvyšující se nároky klientů. Praktická část přinese analýzu realizace provizního systému pojišťovny vůči zprostředkovateli. Následuje rozbor přerozdělování této provize od zprostředkovatele mezi koncové poradce, kteří fakticky uzavírají s klienty pojistné smlouvy. Toto vše vzhledem k novele zákona č. 277/2009 Sb., o pojišťovnictví, ve znění pozdějších předpisů.

Abstract:

This thesis theoretically defines Framework of insurance in Czech Republic. The basics of insurance were created because of becoming need of people to protect themselves from the risk of the incidents, especially fires, floods or earthquakes. Due to progressive development and therefore increasing security requirements insurance has become perspective business field that responds to the increasing demands of clients. The practical part of the thesis will analyze implementation of the commission system from insurance company to broker. Followed an analysis of the redistribution commissions from broker to consultant who signs insurance contract with the clients. All of this due to amendment of the statute n. 277/2009, Insurance statute.
