Cílem diplomové práce bylo připravit několika metodami alkoholové extrakty z jedlých květů a netradičních druhů ovoce. V první části absolventské práce jsou shrnuty teoretické poznatky o generativních orgánech rostlin a možnostech extrakce biologicky aktivních látek z rostlin. The aim of the thesis was to prepare several methods alcoholic extracts of edible flowers and nontraditional fruits. In the first part of the thesis summarizes the theoretical knowledge on generative organs of plants and possibilities of extraction of biologically active substances from plants.
