Abstract:
Závěřečná práce se zabývá mediálním obrazem sériových vrahů v britské soudobé literatuře. Cílem práce je analýza a vzájemné porovnání tří případů, oddělených alespoň 20 lety - Jacka Rozparovače, Yorkshirského Rozparovače Petera Sutcliffa a Ipswichského Škrtiče Steve Wrighta. Práce analyzuje dobový tisk a zprávy.
Abstract:
The thesis analyses the medial image of British serial killers in contemporary press. The aim of the thesis is a comparative analysis of three separate cases with a similar profile at least 20 years apart - "Jack the Ripper", "Yorkshire Ripper" Peter Sutcliffe and "Ipswich Strangler" Steve Wright.
