A comparison of digital methods for obtaining and evaluating pedobarographic records

Abstract:

Tato bakalářská práce se věnuje porovnáním digitálních metod, které získávají a vyhodnocují pedobarografické záznamy. Teoretická část práce je zaměřena na stručný popis anatomie a funkce nohy. Dále následují možnosti vyšetření nohou v klasické plantografii a posléze v plantografii dynamické, kde jsou popsány vybrané systémy. Praktická část se zabývá způsobem měření, zpracování, vyhodnocení dat a jejich interpretaci u systému zebris a emed. Dále je práce zaměřena na popis možného využití počítačové pedobarografie ve fyzioterapii a jejich dostupnost na rehabilitačních klinikách. Cílem práce bylo porovnat způsob získávání dat a výstupy z měření ze systému zebris a emed u zvoleného probanda. Z výsledků vyplývá, že systémy pracují na odlišném principu a z toho plynou určité rozdíly ve výstupech.

Abstract:

This bachelor thesis deals with comparison of digital methods which obtains and evaluates pedobarographic records. Theoretical part is focused on brief description of anatomy and function of foot. The following parts are possibilities of foot examination in classical plantography, and dynamic plantography where selected systems are described. The practical part deals with the method of measurement, processing, evaluation of data and their interpretation in the emed and zebris system. Furthermore, the work is focused on the description of possible use of computer pedobarography in physiotherapy and their availability at rehabilitation clinics. The aim was to compare the method of data acquisition and measurement outputs from zebris and emed system for the selected proband. The results show that the systems work on a different principle and there are some differences in the outputs.
