Non-Cooperative Behavior of Pupils at Primary School

Abstract:

Diplomová práce se zabývá nespolupracujícím chováním žáků na 1. stupni základních škol. Konkrétně se zaměřuje na nespolupracující chování ve vztahu učitele a žáka ve výuce. Východiskem pro tuto diplomovou práci se stal realizovaný projekt v rámci Pedagogické fakulty Ostravské univerzity s názvem Pregraduální vzdělávání v učitelských oborech na Pedagogické fakultě Ostravské univerzity. Teoretická část nás seznamuje s hlavními aktéry výchovně-vzdělávacího procesu, tedy učitelem a žákem, a dále se zabývá jejich vzájemnou interakcí. Stěžejní kapitola této práce nás pak seznamuje s nespolupracujícím chováním žáků, s jeho typy a s teorií rušivého chování žáků podle Rudolfa Dreikurse. Výzkumná část má kvalitativní charakter a zpracovává část realizovaného projektu, jehož klíčovou aktivitou byla realizace participativního akčního výzkumu v praxi na 1. stupni základních škol. Záměrem výzkumné části této práce je zpracování jedné z fází realizovaného akčního výzkumu, jejímž cílem bylo zjistit, jak učitelé popisují projevy nespolupracujícího chování svých žáků.

Abstract:

This diploma thesis deals with non-cooperative behavior of pupils at primary school. Specifically, it focuses on non-cooperative behavior within the relationship between teacher and pupil. The starting point for this thesis was the research project "Undergraduate Education in Teaching Fields" coordinated by the Faculty of Education of the University of Ostrava. The theoretical part contextualises the main actors of the educational process, teacher and pupil, and discusses their mutual interaction. The main chapter of this thesis details non-cooperative pupil behavior, its types and the theory of disruptive behavior according to Rudolf Dreikurs. The research part is of a qualitative character and elaborates on the conducted research project, examining action research at the first stage of elementary schools. The objective of the research part is to compile one of the phases of the action research, aiming to find out how teachers describe the manifestations of non-cooperative behavior of their pupils.
