Anti-money laundering policy analysis in the context of security
Abstract:
This thesis analyses anti-money laundering policy from a security perspective. It seeks to assess the effectiveness, economy and efficiency of AML in the fight against organised crime and terrorism, as the desire to curb them by restricting their funding was the impetus for the Policy's development. To assess strengths and weaknesses, we apply Bruce Schneier's theory, Security Theater.

Táto diplomová práca sa zaoberá analýzou politiky proti praniu špinavých peňazí (AML Policy) z hľadiska bezpečnosti. Cieľom je hodnotenie efektivity, hospodárnosti a účinnosti AML politiky v boji proti organizovanému zločinu a terorizmu, nakoľko snaha o ich potláčanie prostredníctvom obmedzenia financovania bola stimulom pre vznik danej politiky.
