Má diplomová práce obsahuje základní aspekty patentového práva a postavení tohoto práva v současné legislativě České repubiliky. My dissertation contains the basic aspects of patent law and the status of law in the legislation of the Czech repuboliky. It explains the basic concepts patent law, for example what is a patent, when it is possible to patent an invention, how a patent can be obtained, who is the an author, an owner, or co-owner and co-author.
