Abstract:
Dnové sedimenty mrtvých ramen řek mají schopnost akumulovat z vody velké množství těžkých kovů, proto představují potenciální zdroje kontaminace. Formy vazeb těžkých kovů v sedimentech, Eh a pH jsou hlavními faktory ovlivňujícími jejich chování a mobilitu. V oxidačních podmínkách je mobilita kovů kontrolována tvorbou karbonátů a hydroxidů. Abstract:
Bottom sediments of oxbow lakes have the ability to accumulate from water large amount of heavy metals and therefore they pose potential sources of pollution. Heavy metal binding forms in sediments, redox- and pH-conditions are the main factors that determine behavior and mobility of heavy metals.
