Abstract:
Bakalářská práce se zabývá charakteristikou všech typů hemofilie. První část se věnuje historii hemofilie a obecné funkci hemostázy s koagulačními faktory. V druhé části jsou popsány všechny typy hemofilie a jejich klinický obraz. Třetí část zahrnuje diagnostiku a rozsáhlé možnosti léčby. Poslední část je věnována životu s hemofilií, jejím statusem ve světě a kazuistikám.
Abstract:
The bachelor thesis deals with the characteristics of all types of haemophilia. The first part deals with the history of haemophilia and the general function of haemostasis with coagulation factors. The second part describes all types of haemophilia and their clinical presentation. The third part includes diagnosis and extensive treatment options.
