Recruitment process analysis in organization

Abstract:

Cílem této diplomové práce je zhodnotit efektivitu procesu náboru ve vybrané organizaci z pohledu využívaných nástrojů pro vyhledávání uchazečů. Teoretická část práce zahrnuje teoretické koncepty důležité k porozumění dané problematiky a souvislostí. Zabývá se teorií organizace, personálním řízením, ale především náborovým procesem a jednotlivými nástroji, které lze využít při vyhledávání uchazečů. Závěr teoretické části je věnován efektivitě využívání nástrojů pro vyhledávání uchazečů, která hraje důležitou roli v celém náborovém procesu. K zodpovězení hlavní a dílčích výzkumných otázek byla použita kvantitativní výzkumná strategie. Sběr dat probíhal především analýzou dokumentů vybrané organizace. Dále metodologická část práce popisuje postup sběru dat, operacionalizaci dílčích výzkumných otázek a možné limity proveditelnosti výzkumu. Empirická část práce předkládá analýzu a interpretaci zjištěných dat, prostřednictvím kterých jsou zodpovězeny výzkumné otázky. V závěru práce jsou vyhodnoceny nástroje pro vyhledávání uchazečů využívané vybranou organizací a navržena doporučení, která organizaci mohou umožnit efektivnější využívání těchto nástrojů.

Abstract:

The aim of this thesis is to evaluate the effectiveness of the recruitment process in organization from the perspective of the instruments for searching of candidates. The theoretical part involves theoretical concepts that are important for understanding the main issues and contexts. It deals with the theory of organization, personnel management, but especially with the recruitment process and the various instruments that can be used when searching for candidates. The conclusion of the theoretical part is devoted to the efficiency of the use of recruitment instruments, which plays an important role in the recruitment process. To answer the research questions was used quantitative research strategy. Data were collected on the analysis of organization documents. Further methodological part describes the process of data collection, operationalization of research questions and possible limits of research feasibility. The empirical part presents data analysis and interpretation through which research questions are answered. Summary of the thesis evaluates recruitment instruments that were used by the selected organization and offers recommendations that could help the organization to use recruitment instruments more effectively.
