Abstract:
Hlavním cílem této bakalářské práce je porovnat diferenciální krevní obraz leukocytů hodnocený hematologickým analyzátorem a mikroskopicky u pacientů po podání růstového faktoru G-CSF. Po stimulaci růstovým faktorem se u pacientů zvyšuje počet mladších vývojových forem v periferní krvi. Abstract:
Main objective of this bachelor thesis is to compare differential blood count of leukocytes evaluated by hematologic analyser as well as microscopically in patients using growth factor G-CSF. There is an increase in number of immature granulocytes in patients´ peripheral blood after stimulation of growth factor.
