Assessment of the transposition of the IDD Directive into the amendment to the Act on Insurance Intermediaries
Abstract:
Cíl práce: Cílem bakalářské práce bude na základě analýzy rozdílů ve znění zákona o pojišťovacích zprostředkovatelích a v novele tohoto zákona charakterizovat změny, které implementace evropské směrnice IDD přinesla v rámci pojistného trhu České republiky. Dílčím cílem bude posouzení nálezů finančního arbitra v relevantních případech a soudních judikátů souvisejících s danou problematikou.
Abstract:
The aim of this bachelor thesis is to define changes brought by the implementation of the European IDD Directive within the insurance market of the Czech Republic based on the analysis of differences in the Act of Insurance Intermediaries and the amendment of this Act.
