Abstract:
V souvislosti s přijetím nového občanského zákoníku (89/2012 Sb.), který by měl být účinný od 1. 1. 2014, se práce zabývá možnými dopady této nové právní úpravy na vnější činnost podniků, tedy na jeho právní vztahy -uzavírání smluv, vztahy se zákazníky aj.
Abstract:
This work will solve the problem how the implementation of the new Civil code (89/2012 Sb.), which will come into force on the 1st January 2014, can impact outer activities of Czech companies, such as its law relations making a deals, relation with customers etc.
