Smyslem této práce je sumarizovat oprávnění, dle kterých jsou zajišťována data z počítačových systémů v rámci trestního řízení, a to i s přihlédnutím k novelizaci TŘ z února 2019 s novým § 7b. Práce je rozdělena do dvou částí, kdy první část je teoretická a jsou v ní představeny nejběžnější ustanovení z trestního řádu, které v současné době OČTŘ využívají při zajišťování dat. The purpose of this work is to summarize the authorizations according to which data from computer systems are secured in the framework of criminal proceedings, even taking into account the amendment of the Criminal Procedure Code from February 2019 with a new Section 7b.
