Military Police Competence in the Field of Offences against Safety and Continuousness of Road Traffic
Abstract:
Bakalářská práce se zabývá analýzou zákonných prostředků realizovaných Vojenskou policií při plnění úkolu dohledu nad bezpečností a plynulostí provozu na pozemních komunikacích a současně charakterizuje působnost této instituce při šetření dopravních přestupků. Autorem práce je dále hodnocena dostatečnost stávající právní úpravy zákona o Vojenské policii ve vztahu k analyzované oblasti.
Abstract:
The bachelor paper deals with the analysis carried out by legal means the Military Police in its task to supervise safety and fluency running of traffic. The paper at the same time characterizes the scope of this institution in the investigation of traffic offenses. The adequacy of existing legislation in relation to concerning analyzed areas is also assessed by the author.
