Labour market in the Czech Republic and in the European Union

Abstract:

Diplomová práce se zabývá problematikou trhu práce v ČR a v EU, především zaměstnáváním českých občanů v zahraniční a zaměstnáváním zahraničních pracovníků na území ČR. Cílem práce je analyzovat trh práce v ČR a jeho strukturu. Dalším cílem je zjistit, proč a jakým způsobem odcházejí občané ČR za prací do zahraničí a naopak, proč a jakým způsobem zahraniční pracovníci přicházejí pracovat na území ČR. Předpokládám, že čeští občané i zahraniční pracovníci odcházejí z domovských zemí především z finančních důvodů. Dále bych chtěla vyvrátit názor, že zahraniční pracovníci obsazují volná pracovní místa a tím zvyšují nezaměstnanost českých občanů. V práci použiji metodu sociologického průzkumu a sběr dat zajistím prostřednictvím dvou dotazovacích technik, první z nich je dotazník a druhá je rozhovor se zahraničními pracovníky.

Abstract:

The graduation thesis deals with issues of an labor market in the Czech Republic and EU, mainly by employing Czech citizens abroad and foreign workers in territory of the Czech Republic. An aim of the thesis is an analyzing of the labor market in the Czech Republic and its structure. Another aim is to find out why and how the citizens of the Czech Republic leave to work abroad and on the contrary why and how the foreign workers come to work on territory of the Czech Republic. I suppose that the Czech citizens and also the foreign workers leave their home countries first of all from financial reasons. Further I would like to overcome an opinion that the foreign workers occupy free working positions and thereby increase unemployment of the Czech citizens. In my work I will use a method of sociological research and the data I will collect by means of two interview technics, the first one is a questionnaire and second is an interview with the foreign workers.
