The effect of the training intervention of agility on the performance in specific motor tests at the group of basketball players aged 17-18.

Abstract:

Bakalářská práce je zaměřená na vliv intervence tréninku agility na výkon ve specifických motorických testech u basketbalistů ve věku 17-18 let. V teoretické části jsem popsala a vysvětlila základní pojmy vztahující se k danému tématu. Zaměřila jsem se na fyzické zatížení a faktory, které ovlivňují výkon v basketbalu. Dále jsem uvedla základní motorické schopnosti a jejich rozdělení. V další části jsem se zabývala problematikou řízení pohybu a analyzátory lidského těla. V závěru teoretické části práce je popsána reakční doba a agilita. V úplném závěru jsou zmíněny výzkumy, které se zabývaly obdobnou problematikou. Cílem této práce je zjistit, zda dojde ke zlepšení výkonů ve specifických motorických testech po aplikaci dvouměsíčního tréninkového plánu. Výzkumný soubor tvořili hráči BK Sluneta Ústí nad Labem, kteří byli rozděleni na kontrolní (n=8) skupinu a experimentální skupinu (n=12) podstupující tréninkový plán. V praktické části jsem se zabývala samotným měřením výkonu probandů ve specifických motorických testech a statistickým zpracováním naměřených dat. Při testování byl použit reaktometr Fitro Agility Check měřící reakční dobu. Na základě zpracovaných a vyhodnocených výsledků jsem došla k závěru, že aplikace dvouměsíčního tréninkového plánu agility byla účinná a může pozitivně ovlivnit a zlepšit výkony hráčů. Proto bych doporučila zařadit rozvoj agility do tréninkového procesu.

Abstract:

The bachelor thesis is focused on an influence of intervention agility training on a physical performance in specific motor tests at basketball players aged 17-18 years. The theoretical part of the thesis describes and explains basic terms connected to the topic. The focus is put on a physical load and factors that influence physical performance in basketball. Other topics mentioned in the theoretical part are motor abilities and its division, problematics of motion control and analyzers of human body, reaction time and agility and the last part describes other researches with similar topic as mine. The aim of this bachelor thesis is to find out, if a created two months training plan helps basketball players to improve their physical load in the specific motor tests. The research subject was consisting of basketball players BK Sluneta Ústí nad Labem, who were divided into two groups control (n=8) and experimental (n=12) group that took a part in the two months training plan. In the practical part, I concentrated my focus on finding data of player´s physical load in specific motor tests as well as analyzing data in statistic terms. Reactometer Fitro Agility Check for measuring reaction time was used during these tests. According to all findings we are able to say that the created two months training plan agility has positive impact and influential aspects on the players. For that reason, we would recommend including the agility development in to the training process.
