Selected characteristics of the class climate

Abstract:

Diplomová práce se zabývá problematikou psychosociálního klimatu školy a školní třídy. Teoretická část je zaměřena na přesné vymezení termínů klima školy a klima třídy. Dále jsou objasněny základní pojmy týkající se klimatu školy a třídy, jejich typy, determinanty, faktory ovlivňující klima školy a třídy. Rovněž je zde stručně popsána osobnost učitele a žáka. Poslední kapitola této části je věnována alternativnímu školství. Empirická část je zaměřena na výzkum, který je orientován na významné rozdíly vybraných aspektů klimatu třídy tradičních a waldorfských základních škol. Výsledky výzkumu a jeho vyhodnocení jsou prezentovány v závěrečné části práce.

Abstract:

My Diploma Thesis deals with the problems of psycho-social climate of the school and the class. The Theoretical part points out the terms ?school climate? and ?class climate?. After that my thesis clarifies basic ideas going together with school climate and class climate, thein types, determinants and factors that influence school and class climate. There is the description on the personalitics of the teacher and student. The last charter is about alternative schooling systems. The empirici part is intented ou research that is orientaled ou important differencies between choosen aspects of class climate of the waldorf schools and the traditional schools. In the last part of the thesis are presented all results and evaluations of the research.
