Synthesis and biological activity of fluorescently labelled auxin derivatives
Abstract:
This master thesis aims to the synthesis and biological testing of fluorescently labelled auxin derivatives. The theoretical part summarizes the current knowledge about auxin signalling, auxin biosynthesis and polar auxin transport. In the experimental part, synthesis of fluorescently labelled auxin analogues, followed by the preliminary assessment of their biological activity is described. Further …more

Diplomová práce je zaměřena na syntézu a biologické testování fluorescenčně značených auxinových derivátů. V teoretické části byla zpracována literární rešerše zabývající se biosyntézou auxinů, jejich mechanismem působení a polárním auxinovým transportem.
