Abstract:

Tématem bakalářské práce je "Příprava fixačních pomůcek pro léčbu zářením a jejich indikace". Práce je rozdělena na teoretickou a praktickou část. V teoretické části rozeberu anatomii, karcinom, TNM klasifikaci, diagnostiku, prostaty, prsu, hlavy a krku, polohu pacienta, fixační pomůcky, historii a vývoj radioterapie, konformní radioterapií, radioterapií s modulovanou intenzitou svazku (IMRT), objemově modulovanou radioterapií kyvem (VMAT), radioterapií řízenou obrazem (IGRT), řízeným dýcháním s využitím 4D, stereotaktickou radioterapií. Část praktická se zaobírá představením studií a interpretací jejich výsledků.

Abstract:

The topic of the bachelor thesis is "Preparation of fixation aids for radiation treatment and their indications". The work is divided into theoretical and practical part. In the theoretical part I will introduce anatomy, cancer, TNM classification, diagnostics, prostate, breast, head and neck, patient position, fixation aids, history and development of radiotherapy, conformal radiotherapy, intensity- modulated radiotherapy (IMRT), Volumetric- modulated arc therapy (VMAT), image - guided radiotherapy (IGRT), controlled breathing using 4D, stereotactic radiotherapy. The practical part deals with the presentation of studies and interpretation of their results.
