Bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na násilí na pracovišti a jeho příčiny. Teoretická část vysvětluje pojem násilí na pracovišti, především mobbing, jeho historii, subjekty mobbingu, příčiny, cíle, jednotlivé fáze a pojmy související s nežádoucím chováním na pracovišti. The bachleor thesis focuses on workplace violence and its causes. The theoretical part explains the concept of workplace violence, especially mobbing, its history, subjects of mobbing, causes, objectives, individual phases and concepts related to unwanted behaviour in the workplace.
