Bakalářská práce rozebírá právní vztahy územních samosprávných celků (obcí a krajů) s kapitálovými obchodními společnostmi. The bachelor thesis analyses leagal relations between local authorities (municipalities and regions) and corporate enterprises. The enterprises are often established by local municipal authorities for the purpose of providing public service and goods.
