Abstract:

Předložená diplomová práce se zabývá spoluprací neziskových organizací s krajem. Cílem diplomové práce je analýza financování neziskových organizací a jejich zefektivnění. Na základě případové studie a skutečně realizovaných případů navrhnout optimální řešení na získávání, čerpání finančních prostředků ve spolupráci s krajem. Z důvodů relevantnějšího srovnání financování bylo zvoleno jednotné poslání neziskových organizací, a to oblast vzdělávání v Jihomoravském kraji. Teoretická část charakterizuje spektrum neziskových organizací působících na území ČR, právní formu a způsoby financování. Praktická část obsahuje případovou studii, která popisuje vybrané neziskové organizace státního i nestátního charakteru a vzájemnou spolupráci s krajem. Dále jsou zde analyzovány příjmy a výdaje organizací a podmínky čerpání finančních prostředků. V závěru diplomové práce je navrženo optimální řešení na spolupráci s krajem a efektivní, hospodárné a účelové financování neziskových organizací.

Abstract:

The presented thesis deals with cooperation between non-profit organisations and the regional government authorities. Its aim is analysing the cooperation in order to make it more effective. Based on a case study as well as real examples, it proposes optimum solutions for fundraising and utilising financial means in cooperation with authorities. In order to obtain a more relevant comparison of financing, it focuses on a single common goal of non-profit organization, namely education in the South Moravian region. The theoretical part carries out a survey of a spectre of non-profit organisations in the Czech Republic, types of business entity and ways of financing. The practical part contains a case study describing a selection of both state and private non-profit organisations and their cooperation with the regional government. Further it analyses their incomes and expenses and conditions for using their finances. The conclusion of the thesis suggests an optimum solution of cooperation with the regional authorities and effective, economical and purposeful financing of non-profit organisations.
