Abstract:

Diplomová práce popisuje proces získání automatu obdélníkové abstrakce z daného biologického modelu zadaného jako množinu chemických látek a reakcí s kinetikou danou zákonem působení aktivní hmoty a popisuje problém nadaproximace obdélníkové abstrakce. Řešení některých z těchto problémů je navrženo a je definována pravděpodobnostní míra konečných běhů automatu obdélníkové abstrakce popisující míru nadaproximace těchto běhů. Je uvedena implementace navrženého řešení a je demonstrována provedením několika experimentů.

Abstract:

Thesis describes the process of obtaining a rectangular abstraction automaton from a biological model given as a set of chemical species and reactions with mass action kinetics and describes the overapproximation problems of rectangular abstraction. A solution to some of these problems is proposed and a probabilistic measure on the finite paths of the rectangular abstraction automaton describing the measure of overapproximation of these paths is defined. The implementation of a proposed solution is introduced and demonstrated in several experiments.
