Innovation of rollers for belt conveyors
Abstract:
Bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na inovaci válců pro pásové dopravníky z hlediska funkčnosti a technologičnosti konstrukce. Inovace válce bude zaměřena především na hmotnost sestavy rolny a na nekonvenční přenos kroutícího momentu. Byly navrženy dvě varianty, které jsou obě kompletně rozebiratelné. Obě varianty byly porovnány za cílem nalezení nejvhodnější varianty.
Abstract:
The bachelor's thesis focuses on the innovation of rollers for belt conveyors in terms of functionality and technological design. The roll innovation will be focused mainly on the weight of the roll assembly and on the unconventional torque transmission. Two variants were designed, both of which are completely demountable.
