Abstract:
Táto bakalárska práca sa zaoberá rešpektujúcim prístupom, tým, aké komunikačné postupy využíva a aký je jeho prínos v rámci komunikácie vo výchovno-vzdelávacom zariadení. Obsah tejto práce spočíva v obsiahnutí teórie rešpektujúceho prístupu a následnom výskume v praxi pomocou metodológie self-study, kde pozorujem seba a skúmam, ako sa menia moje presvedčenia a ponímanie tohto prístupu.
