Business transactions within a selected zoo

Abstract:

Tato bakalářská práce představuje průběh mezinárodní spolupráce mezi zoologickými zahradami a uvádí organizace, které tuto spolupráci ulehčují či zprostředkovávají. Nejprve je představena zoologická zahrada Zoo a Zámek Zlín-Lešná, jejíž vývozní transakce jsou v této práci analyzovány. Dále je popsána problematika obchodu se zvířaty a jejich transportu. Poté jsou detailněji představeny nejdůležitější organizace, které přímo přispívají ke spolupráci zoologických zahrad. Následně je zde uveden popis jednotlivých kroků, které k dané spolupráci vedou. Dále se tato práce zaměřuje na konkrétní transakce, jejich průběh a dokumenty k nim potřebné. Hlavním cílem bakalářské práce je srovnání těchto konkrétních transakcí a vytvoření obecného vzorce vývozní transakce s názorným grafickým schématem.

Abstract:

This bachelor thesis introduces the course of international cooperation between zoos and lists organizations that facilitate or mediate this cooperation. First, Zoo a Zámek Zlín-Lešná is introduced, whose export transactions are analyzed in this work. Furthermore, wildlife trade and transport of animals are described. Then the most important organizations that directly contribute to the cooperation of zoos are introduced in more detail. Subsequently, there is a description of steps that lead to the cooperation. Furthermore, this thesis is focused on specific transactions, their process and the documents needed for them. The main goal of the bachelor thesis is to compare these specific transactions and create a general formula of the export transaction with an illustrative graphic scheme.
