Abstract:

Cíl: Cílem bakalářské práce bylo zjistit, který druh podpory porodní asistentkou během porodu (emocionální, informativní, fyzická) považují ženy za nejvíce prospěšný. Zda existují rozdíly v preferenci druhu podpory během porodu mezi prvorodičkami a vícerodičkami a také zda se toto rozhodnutí liší u žen rodících v přítomnosti blízké osoby a bez ní. Metodika: Výzkumný soubor tvořilo 176 žen v krátkém intervalu po porodu, tedy 1-4. den hospitalizace na oddělení šestinedělí. Sběr dat probíhal pomocí nestandardizovaných dotazníků. Výsledky: Obecně rodičky považují za nejprospěšnější podporu emocionální. Rozdíl mezi emocionální a informační podporou byl často zanedbatelný. Prvorodičky vyhodnotily jako nejvíce prospěšný druh podpory během porodu emocionální podporu, a to bez rozdílu v přítomnosti blízké osoby u porodu. Vícerodičky nejvíce ocenily emocionální podporu, vícerodičky rodící v přítomnosti blízké osoby ohodnotili informační podporu téměř na stejné úrovni jako podporu emocionální, tedy jako nejvíce prospěšnou. Vícerodičky bez blízké osoby u porodu nejvíce ocenily emocionální podporu. Závěr: Porod je pro ženu důležitou životní událostí. Je proto důležité jí v této chvíli poskytnout potřebnou kvalitní podporu. Rodičky za nejvíce prospěšnou považují podporu emocionální. Abstract:

Objective: The aim of the bachelor thesis was to determine which type of support provided by a midwife during childbirth (emotional, informational, physical) women consider the most beneficial. Whether there are differences between primiparas and multiparas as to the type of support during childbirth they prefer and whether this decision are different for women who give birth in the presence or in the absence of a close person. Methodology: The experiment sample consisted of 176 women in a short interval after childbirth, i.e. 1-4th day of hospitalisation in the Postpartum Department. Data collection was conducted by means of non-standard questionnaires. Results: New mothers generally considered emotional support to be most beneficial. The difference between emotional support and informational support was often insignificant. Primiparas considered emotional support as the most beneficial type of support during childbirth, regardless of the fact whether a close person was present or not during childbirth. Multiparas appreciated the most the emotional support; multiparas giving birth in the presence of a close person considered the informational support as almost equally important as the emotional support, i.e. as the most beneficial. Multiparas giving birth without the presence of a close person appreciated the emotional support the most. Conclusion: Birth for is an important life event for a woman. It is therefore crucial to provide her with the necessary quality support at that moment. New mothers consider emotional support as the most beneficial.
