Náplní této bakalářské práce je téma odpovědnostního řízení a využití jeho metod v konkrétní společnosti. Je přiblížena problematika rozdělení podniku na jednotlivá odpovědnostní střediska, doprovázena jejich charakteristikou a uplatňováním principů při odpovědnostním řízení.
